Frank quickly became a much-loved feature of the salon, so much so that some clients would even call ahead to find out if he was in! His official role was of course, meeting & greeting with cuddles being offered. He brought so much warmth, character and joy to the salon and will be deeply missed by the entire team and all of our clients - a true gentleman 🤍
