Your Appointment is very important to us at Millie Jones Hair and we reserve it especially for you.

 

While we understand that some scenarios cannot be helped, we respectfully ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice of any changes to your appointment or to cancel your booking to avoid the 50% cancellation fee.

 

We hope you can understand that when we get a missed appointment from a late arrival or get a cancellation without the required 48 hours notice, that appointment slot is then lost.

 

Failing to give us that notice also means that other clients miss out on the opportunity of a possible booking.
