Salon Policy

Your Appointment is very important to us at Millie Jones Hair and we reserve it especially for you. While we understand that some scenarios cannot be helped, we respectfully ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice of any changes to your appointment or to cancel your booking to avoid the 50% cancellation fee.

We hope you can understand that when we get a missed appointment from a late arrival or get a cancellation without the required 48 hours notice, that appointment slot is then lost. Failing to give us that notice also means that other clients miss out on the opportunity of a possible booking.


PCR Tests

If you or someone you are living with book a PCR Test, we politely ask you to cancel your appointment on the day that you/they book that test, not when you get the results. Letting us know in advance means we can put you on our priority list and it gives us a fighting chance to protect the business from a "bottleneck" of bookings 3 weeks on.


We kindly ask you to work with us whilst Covid-19 stays prominent in our lives and as we evolve with the present times. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your continued support and understanding.
